Personally I think if you were going to make the deck stronger I would lean away from the mill aspect of the deck and focus on the combat oriented wincons. Power Level: Aiming to make it as strong as it can be without going into cEDH territory (no 0-mana ramp, thassa's oracle + tutors, etc.)
